A lot of people have been asking why Cuyahoga County taxpayers will give millions of dollars in fees to a Chicago company to operate the proposed medical mart and convention center. The county’s chief negotiator on the deal, attorney Fred Nance, sat down with reporters and editors at The Plain Dealer to go over how the arrangement will work.
